Reservation Policy

Should you need to amend your booking with fewer than 72 hours’ notice—including cancellations, changes in party size, or rescheduling—a fee will apply: £125 per guest for lunch or £155 per guest for dinner. This charge will be applied to the card provided at the time of booking.

What style of cuisine do you serve at Maison Aurea? ▼
Our menus celebrate seasonal tasting experiences, blending classic culinary techniques with contemporary creativity. Each dish highlights exceptional ingredients, thoughtfully sourced and prepared to honor both flavor and artistry.
Do I need to book in advance? ▼
We strongly recommend making a reservation to ensure your table. While we do accept walk-ins when possible, availability cannot be guaranteed without a booking.
Can I visit just for drinks or light bites? ▼
Our Bar & Lounge offers crafted cocktails and a refined menu of small plates. Seating is available on a walk-in basis, subject to space.
The date I want is unavailable online. Is there a waitlist? ▼
Yes. Please email us at reservations@maisonaurea.com with your preferred date, time, and party size. We’ll gladly contact you if a table becomes available.
Can I cancel or reschedule my reservation? ▼
Yes. We ask for at least 72 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule without charge. Changes made within 72 hours—including cancellations, rescheduling, or reductions in party size—will incur a cancellation fee of £125 per person for lunch or £155 per person for dinner, charged to the card provided at booking.
Do you accommodate dietary needs or allergies? ▼
Absolutely. With advance notice, we can adjust menus to accommodate most dietary requirements. Please inform us when making your reservation. Requests made on the day of dining may incur a supplement of £20 per guest.
Are children welcome? ▼
Yes, children are welcome at Maison Aurea. We do not offer a children’s menu, though younger guests are invited to enjoy our tasting menus. If a child will be attending but not dining, please inform us when booking as this is subject to availability. High chairs may be requested in advance; however, pushchairs cannot be accommodated in the dining room.
Can I use a gift voucher? ▼
Yes. Gift vouchers may be redeemed against your final bill. Please mention your voucher when making your reservation.
How long does the tasting experience take? ▼
On average, our Short Tasting Menu requires around two hours, while our Full Tasting Menu lasts about three hours. If you have time constraints, kindly let our team know upon arrival.
Is there a dress code? ▼
While there is no formal dress code, most guests choose to dine in elegant or smart-casual attire to reflect the atmosphere of Maison Aurea.
Can I bring my own wine? ▼
Yes, guests may bring one bottle per two diners for a corkage fee of £75 per bottle, exclusive of service charge. Should you wish to discuss pairing recommendations, our sommelier team would be delighted to assist.
